Eli Kalel was born from a frustration with how construction was being handled in Ghana. Our founders built the solution.
Today we operate from Atlantic Tower on Liberation Road in Accra, serving residential clients, commercial developers, and institutional clients across Ghana.

Our design team produces full architectural drawings, interior layouts, material boards, and 3D visualisations. You review and approve every element before any construction work begins.
Bill of Quantities and Cost Planning
We produce a detailed Bill of Quantities covering every material, labour item, and professional fee in the project. Pricing is fully transparent with no hidden costs and structured payment milestones.
Construction and Site Supervision
Construction begins with a dedicated site supervisor managing daily activities, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing quality standards, and keeping you informed through regular written and photographic progress reports.
Interior Finishing and Styling
Our interior team takes over as construction completes, installing custom cabinetry, floor finishes, lighting, bathroom fittings, kitchen installations, and furniture to bring the designed interior to full life.
Final Handover and After-Care
We conduct a thorough defects inspection before handover, provide full project documentation, material warranties, and maintenance guidance, and remain available for any post-completion support you require.
